My Review
Oh my gosh!!!… This is literally going to be my first exclamation if you ask me to describe this book. Because whoosh, it gave me the jitters. A heart racing, chilling and terror inducing book.
It got me both glued and terrified at the same time. Even reading it at night was kind of a big challenge for me because of all the suspense and darkness going on.
Whew… I really don’t want to say too much so as not to ruin the plot for you. Just hold your reins and be prepared for a wonderful ride. Because Colleen Hoover is a goddess of a writer.
Her graphical descriptions were so very concise and clear, I frequently screamed in horror while reading this book. Sigh… You really need to have a strong mind to read this. And I’m not even joking.
The ending part got me a bit confused though because I didn’t know what to think or who to believe anymore. Is verity the villain, is she innocent or is she a master manipulator.
All in all, this is a powerful book to read and I highly recommend.
